Defense Center LLC announced that it is partnering with SecurityDAM, the leading provider of DDoS protection solutions for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), to expand its DDoS protection services in Russia.

Relying on SecurityDAM’s HybridShield architecture, Defense Center LLC will offer its customers complete protection against all types of DDoS threats, including low-and slow and volumetric attacks. 

An on-premises appliance on the customer’s datacenter detects all traffic anomalies and serves as the first protection tier.  During attacks, a 24/7 Emergency Response Team (ERT) monitors and diverts volumetric attacks traffic to the high-capacity scrubbing centers for cleansing, ensuring that only legitimate traffic is forwarded to the customer datacenter. The Defense Center LLC’s scrubbing center, named Tiguard, provides a second protection tier and SecurityDAM’s global network of scrubbing centers located in major internet intersections provides an additional safety net against high-volume attacks.

At all times, end customers can view the current status of their network, get security alerts,  provision their service attributes and view historical reports using an end-customer portal.
